I try to keep the site correct, secure, and available. Still, content may be incomplete, change over time, or be temporarily unavailable. There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

Digital products such as Nightwave or ImageFlow may be delivered through external payment or download platforms. Payment, invoices, and downloads may also be governed by the provider’s terms.

If you contact me through forms or send files, I may process that information to handle your request. Please do not submit unlawful, confidential, or third-party data unless you are allowed to share it.

I am liable for intent and gross negligence under statutory law. For simple negligence, liability is limited to the breach of essential obligations and foreseeable damage.
